Workshops are a great way to get to know helpful tools and practices. They offer hands-on experiences that help you understand and work through problems in a practical, accessible way.
That’s completely okay. It’s normal to feel a bit nervous when trying something new. My role is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can go at your own pace. There’s no pressure — just a conversation, and we’ll take it from there.
