One-to-One Online Sessions

In my one-on-one online sessions, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, life challenges, and inner experiences at your own pace. Together, we work through what’s weighing on you—whether it's emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck. I use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward clarity and healing. I also provide couples counseling for all relationship constellations and orientations.

Trusting Your Intuition

🧭 What is this workshop about?

Have you ever had that gut feeling when meeting someone new or right before a job interview—something inside you reacting, but you end up doubting it?

In this workshop, we will explore intuition:

 1. What it is

🤝 Day 1 – Getting in Touch with Your Intuition

We begin with:

  • Getting to know each other
  • Table talk games to create a warm and safe atmosphere
  • Psychoeducation on the science behind intuition
    • 1. What is intuition from a psychological perspective?
    • 2. How does the brain respond in intuitive moments?
    • 3. In which life situations does intuition show up most?

We will also go through real-life examples and explore how intuition has already been present in your life—often more than you think.

🎭 Day 2 – Practicing Intuition Through Action

The second day is all about hands-on experience, using:

  • Psychodrama-inspired exercises
  • Group work to explore and strengthen your intuitive responses
  • Intuition meditation
  • Listening to your emotions and recognizing inner responses

This workshops aims to help you strengthen your connection with your intuition and prepare to trust it in everyday life—in work, relationships, and decision-making.

Setting and Maintaining Boundaries

  • Do you often feel overwhelmed by requests from others, struggle to say no, or feel guilty when prioritizing yourself?
     In this workshop, we will explore boundaries:

    1. What boundaries are

    2. Why they are essential for mental and emotional health

    3. How boundaries can be violated or blurred

    How to set, maintain, and communicate them effectively

We begin with:

  • Recognizing personal limits and signs of boundary violations

Exploring past experiences where your boundaries were respected or crossed

The second day is hands-on:

  • Psychodrama-inspired exercises to practice boundary-setting
  • Group work to explore challenges and strategies
  • Guided exercises to communicate your limits clearly and respectfully
  • Reflecting on emotional responses when boundaries are tested
  • Creating a personal boundary action plan for everyday life

This workshop aims to help you strengthen your self-awareness, assertiveness, and confidence, enabling you to maintain healthy relationships and protect your mental and emotional well-being.

Getting to Know You

In our first session, we take the time to get to know each other. I want to understand who you are, what brings you to therapy, and what goals or changes you're hoping to achieve. I strongly believe that each person is unique — so it's essential for me to center the process around your individual needs, experiences, and expectations.

Exploring Deeper & Creating a Plan

In the second session, we begin to explore the themes, emotions, and goals you've mentioned more deeply. Based on this, and supported by the initial assessment, I begin to craft a therapeutic plan that is tailored specifically to your situation and your goals.

Working Toward Your Goals

In the third and following sessions, we work actively on your goals using methods that best suit your needs. I integrate tools and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches. We also reflect on how the therapeutic relationship mirrors patterns in your everyday life, helping you bring insight from therapy into your relationships and experiences outside.

Beyond Individual Therapy

If you feel the desire to explore different types of therapeutic experiences, you are welcome to take part in workshops or group sessions I offer. These can be a valuable way to deepen your personal growth in a shared space.
